Requirements and Expectations
- Qualifications: Experienced excavator operators with valid licenses and competency (LE) required. HR Licence needed for Tipper/Excavator Combo operations, with opportunities to obtain on the job for the right candidates.
- Skillset: Precision in tight spaces and near live services, expertise in deep excavations (shoring, benching, battering), and proficient in lift and shift duties. GPS equipment familiarity a plus.
- Safety Orientation: Dedication to safety and protocols is essential, ensuring a secure and efficient work environment.
- Work Ethic: Looking for reliable, punctual individuals who can follow directions and work independently to push projects to completion.
- Communication: Strong communication skills required for effective teamwork and project coordination with supervisors and peers.
- Physical Requirements: Candidates must be physically fit, able to work in various conditions, and willing to engage in manual labour to support the team.
